Unworn / Unsuitable Items
If you need to return your purchase because it does not fit, or is unsuitable, please use the returns slip on the invoice which is sent with your item, & send the item back to the address below, stating the reason for returning the item(s), and whether a replacement or a refund is required. The item must be returned in original unworn condition, in it's original packaging, within 28 days of purchase (exceptions can be made in the case of Christmas presents).
If a replacement is required, please ensure you state the Make, Style, Colour & Size of the item you require in exchange.
Replacement items sent in the UK will be sent postage free (a charge will be made for overseas items).
If a refund is required, please allow up to 7 working days (from the date you return the item) for the refund to clear through to your credit card account. Refunds will be made using the same method used for the original purchase of the shoes. Please note for security purposes, we can only refund the same credit card which was used for the original transaction. Postage charges are not refundable.
